Service Scope

Work includes extraction, drying, and documentation performed by industry-certified technicians following proven protocols.

Property owners must provide safe access and accurate information about water sources to enable thorough assessment.

Estimates are provided upfront. Final invoices reflect documented scope and any required specification-grade materials.

Satisfaction is guaranteed when clients follow our maintenance recommendations after completion of drying procedures.

EDM Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues discovered during systematic water damage evaluation.

Clients may cancel scheduled appointments with 24-hour notice without incurring fees for emergency water damage response.

We assist with claim paperwork but ultimate approval remains the responsibility of the policyholder and insurer.

All work adheres to OSHA and local building codes to protect both technicians and occupants during restoration.

Any disagreements will first be addressed through direct communication with our dedicated management staff.

These terms are governed by state regulations applicable to licensed water damage restoration contractors.

EDM Restoration may update these terms as needed with notice posted on the company website.
